A “Group Buy” is our community’s shared pre-order system. When The Little Nook Shop started in 2017, our little Facebook group slowly grew into a cozy journaling community - a collective built around discovering and supporting stationery artists and brands from across Asia and around the world.
In a Group Buy, we gather everyone’s orders and place one bulk purchase from overseas artists and brands. This way, we all enjoy lower shipping costs, skip the stress of claiming international parcels individually, avoid mix-ups with lost packages, and receive the perks of bulk-order pricing. It’s a simpler, more convenient and happy way to discover new stationeries together!

3) How can I join Group Buys?
You can explore all ongoing Group Buys HERE. Collections are arranged by their estimated arrival dates to make browsing easy.
When you spot something you love, click on the item and tap Join Group Buy. Don’t forget to read and agree to the terms before checking out.
Once you place your Group Buy order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After completing payment, your slot is officially secured.
Listings stay open for 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the artist or brand.
When your goodies arrive, we’ll email you again to let you know your package is on the way.

4) What are the Group Buy Rules?
• Group Buys take time: around 1–2 weeks for order gathering and about 1 month for international shipping and processing. With that, the most important rule is simply: please be patient with us.
• Group Buy orders cannot be merged with ready-stock items or other Group Buys that have different arrival dates. This helps keep all orders organized and avoids delays.
• All Group Buy orders are eligible for ₱100 off shipping with GBSHIPFREE.
• And most of all—Group Buys are a lovely way to connect with people who share your love for creative and mindful journaling.
