1) When will I expect my package to ship out?

Please allow 2-4 days after confirmation of payment for the package to ship out.

2) Where could I track my package?

Once your package is ready to be shipped, we will send you an email with the order number and tracking number of your package, letting you know that your happy mail is already on its way to you.

3) How much is shipping within the PH?

Flat rate shipping:
• Metro Manila - ₱80
• Greater Metro Manila - ₱100
• Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao & Other PH Islands - ₱170

Free Shipping promotion is for all PH Clients meeting a minimum spend of ₱3,800 per order.

4) Do you ship internationally?

We currently only cater to orders within the Philippines. We will take in international orders soon.

5) Package insurance

Package insurance is included on the applicable shipping fees upon check out.
