1) When will I expect my package to ship out?
Please allow 2-3 working days after confirmation of payment for the package to ship out. If you ordered on a weekend or holiday, expect ship out to be the next earliest business day.
2) Where could I track my package?
We will send you a ship-out email with the order number and tracking number of your package, letting you know that your happy mail is already on its way to you. The courier website is linked on the ship-out email.
3) How much is shipping within the PH?
Flat rate shipping rates are as follows:
• Metro Manila - ₱80
• Greater Metro Manila - ₱100
• Luzon (except Batanes & nearby Islands) - ₱140
• Visayas, Mindanao - ₱170
• Hard-to-reach PH Islands (i.e. Batanes, Babuyan, Sibuyan, Siquijor, Romblon etc.) - ₱170

4) Do you offer free shipping given a minimum spend?

5) Do you ship internationally?
We currently only cater to orders within the Philippines. We will start taking in international orders soon!

Package insurance is included on the applicable shipping fees upon check out.
