1) Change of mind

No returns and exchanges accepted for "change of mind" reasons. Please be 1000% sure of your purchase before pushing through with check-out.

2) Faulty / damaged / defective items upon receipt

We do not have control over how the courier handles the packages but we do our best to secure packages prior to shipping.

Golden rule: No unboxing video = No refund. Unboxing videos should be unedited and uncut clearly showing shipping labels please.

3) Package is returned by the courier due to multiple failed attempts in delivery

In the event that the courier returned the package to us after multiple failed attempts in delivery, we will resend the package back to you but the cost of re-shipping the package will have to be paid by the Client.

4) Items received is not as advertised

As most items are sealed by brands and artists when we receive them, we cannot fully open and check each item prior to sending out. We will be able to provide refund for as long as there is an unboxing video proving that the item received is not as advertised. Kindly send us the unboxing video and we will reach out to you for eligible cases.
